Privacy Policy
Updated October 12, 2026
This policy explains how the Haulence website collects, stores, and uses inquiry details, email subscriptions, and analytics preferences.
1. Scope of this notice
This policy covers the Haulence marketing website, inquiry forms, and footer subscription form. It applies to information you share through these services. For questions about data handling in a Broker TMS or Carrier TMS account, contact Haulence before providing operational data.
2. Details you submit
Access, pricing, demo, product, support, and feedback requests collect your name, email, company, selected product, and the business details you choose to provide. The forms also require a phone number. Access and pricing requests require a package selection. Optional details include team size, load volume, fleet size, freight modes, operating regions, current tools, and demo preferences. A message is required for product questions, support inquiries, and feedback; it is optional for access, pricing, and demo requests. A submission requires your agreement to sharing those details for the request. Do not include passwords, payment information, or confidential freight documents.
The footer subscription form collects your email address and records your agreement to receive Haulence tips and product updates, along with the subscription time. Repeated subscriptions using the same email address are kept as one record.
3. How requests are used
Submitted inquiry details are saved in the website inquiry database so the Haulence site owner can review and respond to the request. The team inbox can display, export, update, and delete requests. Inquiry details are not published on the website. Customer feedback does not grant permission to publish your name, company logo, or results; publication requires separate approval.
Email subscriptions are stored in a separate private subscriber list. The site owner can review, export, and remove subscriptions. Internal and test subscriptions are excluded from subscriber exports. Email delivery is not connected to this website; saving a subscription does not send an email. Subscriber addresses are not published or included in lead conversion reports.
Inquiry details may be used by Haulence’s email delivery service to send a request receipt and notify the team. These messages concern your request and are separate from newsletter subscriptions. Haulence can also save private follow-up notes and dates with your inquiry. Deleting a saved inquiry removes its queued email delivery records.
4. Storage and access
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and uses its platform-backed inquiry storage. Access to the inbox is restricted by the website to the authenticated account of the site owner. Your inquiry or email subscription is saved until it is removed by the site owner. Operational TMS backup, retention, recovery, and security arrangements are not established by this website notice.
5. Browser and abuse protection
The request form uses a temporary session token to protect submissions. The website code does not set an inquiry cookie. Rate limiting uses a daily hash derived from the request connection address when available, or the form session token. The application does not save a raw connection address in the inquiry record. The website counts deliberate Broker or Carrier product interactions and successfully saved requests. Interaction counts use a random, temporary browser-tab token, valid for up to 24 hours, to avoid counting repeated interest in the same product. Event records contain product, request type, package, interaction source, and time; they do not contain submitted contact details. Report events older than 91 days are cleared when new tracking sessions start. A temporary daily hash may be used to limit tracking abuse; raw connection addresses are not saved in those records. Signed-in owner visits, marked internal browsers, test activity, automation identified by its browser information, and preview activity are excluded from totals. Browser storage and an exclusion preference cookie remember internal/test preferences. DNT and Global Privacy Control prevent product-interest tracking. Successfully saved requests are still counted as operational totals unless marked internal or test. Optional Google Analytics, if connected by the site owner, loads only after you allow it and can use analytics cookies. The website sends product_interest and generate_lead events to Google with product, package, and request-type fields; it does not send your name, email, company, message, or request reference in these events. Google analytics choices are remembered in browser storage. Advertising features are disabled in the website’s Google tag configuration. Browser autofill, history, and platform services may have their own data practices.
6. Privacy requests and contact
To ask about your saved details, request deletion, or request company information, submit a product question with the privacy topic and include your request reference if you have one. The site owner can remove saved requests through the inbox and email subscriptions through the private subscriber list. To stop receiving updates or remove a subscription, use the privacy contact form and identify the subscribed email address. Identity and scope need confirmation before acting on requests involving other people’s information. Use the privacy contact form for questions about this policy or the information you have shared.
